MARKETING GUIDELINES
Westchester Realty Corporation (WRC) is the owner-developer of Xevera Mabalacat, Xevera Bacolor and Sameera Angeles, all located in the Province of Pampanga.
RGV Real Estate Center, Inc. is the marketing manager of the above-mentioned projects principally tasked:
To organize and supervise adequate number of real estate brokers and salespersons duly licensed and accredited, respectively with the Professional Regulation Commission(PRC), as mandated under Republic Act 9646, the Real Estate Service Act (RESA) law of the Philippines.
To ensure faithful compliance by all real estate brokers and salespersons with the mandates under RA 9646, its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) and the Code of Ethics of the Real Estate Service Profession, and to render WRC and RGV Center, their officers, staff and employees absolutely free and absolve from any claim, loss, liability, or otherwise, arising from non-compliance thereof by any real estate broker and/or salesperson.
